Individual responses are never shown to HR

Reports appear only when at least 5 people in a group have responded. Employees see their own trends; HR sees team roll-ups.

Built for recurring pulses, not one-off surveys

Privacy-first reporting

Aggregation badges, minimum-group thresholds, and empty states when a team is too small to protect anonymity.

Team health analytics

Track morale, workload, and engagement trends by team or company — with participation rates alongside scores.

Fast assessment cycles

Weekly or quarterly pulse templates employees can finish in minutes — with reminders and resume-in-progress.

Early risk signals

Spot participation drops and score shifts before they become attrition — at the aggregate level only.

Multi-tenant by design

Company-scoped data, role-based access, and Super Admin tools for onboarding new organizations.

Employee self-service

Profile updates, due-pulse notifications, and personal trend views — without exposing data to managers.

From invite to insight in four steps

Corporate Pulse is invitation-only. HR and managers run recurring pulses; employees respond privately; dashboards show team-level trends when the anonymity threshold is met.

  1. Invite your people

HR admins structure teams and send invitations. Managers can invite employees to their own team.

  2. Launch a pulse

Pick a template, choose teams, set the window, and open the wave. Managers can launch for a single team.

  3. Employees respond

One question per screen, Likert and NPS inputs, save drafts, and submit in about six minutes.

  4. Review team trends

Morale and participation roll up by team once enough people have responded — never per-person scores.

Privacy built in: individual responses are never shown in HR or manager reports. Aggregates appear only when at least five people in a group have responded.
